Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
PAT testing helps ensure that portable electrical appliances are safe to use and maintained in accordance with workplace and property safety responsibilities. Although PAT testing is not a legal requirement in itself, it supports compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, which places a duty on employers and landlords to maintain electrical equipment in a safe condition.

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
