We were proud to attend the 2026 Careers & Skills Fair with Highlands College this week.
Supporting students as they explore career paths and future opportunities is something we value deeply, and it’s a responsibility we take seriously.
Our apprenticeship programme is just one way we invest in future talent. It was fantastic to have one of our recently qualified apprentices representing AFM and sharing first‑hand insights from their own journey.
