A Successful first Year for AFM Soft Services
In January 2011 the Board of AFM approved a business plan to launch a new Soft Services Division in Guernsey. Since starting in March 2011 over 100 cleaning contracts have been secured in the Commercial office, Retail, Restaurant and Domestic sectors. The Concierge service has also seen significant growth with Glategny Court and Regency Court recently added.
A caretaker service has been launched which will fulfil non-technical jobs such as ad-hoc deliveried, spot cleans and stationery checks. The new divsion has a team of 60 part time staff and 12 full time staff.
