Mark Palfrey - Managing Director

Chartered Builder with over 24 years experience in the construction industry.  Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management.  Chartered Director & member of the Institute of Directors.

Ross Falla - Finance Director

Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2006, has 15 years experience in producing Management Accounts & Financial Statements for commercial businesses.

Kevin Barclay - Commercial Manager

MBA Construction Management, fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building. Extensive experience in commercial management & business development.

Peter Stirrup - Head of Operations

Member of the Chartered Management Institute with extensive commercial management experience in Building Services Construction, Consultancy, Retail and Facilities Management service delivery.

Paul Kelly - Financial Controller

Qualified AAT (MAAT), Part Qualified ACCA; 2 exams to complete. 14 years experience in accounting, 8 years managing an accounts department.

Allan Liddle - Senior Client Relationship Manager

Chartered Engineer with 14 years extensive management experience.  Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and Institute of Gas Engineers.

Ian Spry - Senior Client Relationship Manager

14 years experience in contract management within the construction industry. Associate member of the British Institute of Facilities Management.

Glen Bougourd -  Project Team Manager

Qualified City & Guilds electrician and refrigeration/air conditioning mechanic. 30 years experience in the HVAC and Building Services disciplines. Extensive project management experience in Jersey and Australia.

Paul Daw - Electrical & Alarms Manager

NICEIC Qualified Electrician with 10 years industry experience of installations, customer service and planned maintenance. Fully trained in the use of thermal imaging equipment.

Chris McInnes - Client Relationship Manager

NICEIC Qualified Electrician with 23 years experience of installations, customer service and planned maintenance. Specific skills in energy efficiency.

Adrian Millon - Project Manager

Over 20 years experience within engineering and building fabric maintenance, customer service and planned maintenance.

David Law - Build Manager

Over 20 years experience within engineering and building fabric maintenance, customer service and planned maintenance.

Andy Daly - Project Manager

NICEIC Qualified Electrician with 20 years industry experience and 10 years specifically of Facilities Management experience.

Ian Brooks - Air Conditioning & Plumbing Manager

Qualified electrician with 29 years professional experience. He has completed training in Air conditioning and Fire systems installation and maintenance. He also has experience in installation of fire protection systems.

Kevin Lochhead - PPM/Reactive Manager

City & Guilds qualified Mechanical Engineer, 25 years experience in specialist mechanical installation, customer service and planned maintenance.

Lynne Elvin - Help Desk Manager

14 years experience in management and organisation of FM resources, fully trained in the use of helpdesk CAFM systems.

Pam James - Help Desk Manager
