About Us

Amalgamated Facilities Management (AFM) are the Channel Islands preferred facilities management company. We operate our own computer aided facilities management (CAFM) software system which provides our clients with an audit on our service provision.

At AFM we provide our clients the ability to concentrate on their core business activities in the knowledge that their support services are being professionally managed. We further provide a simplified administration process to our clients by allowing a single monthly payment to cover all tasks. A true WIN:WIN for the customers that we serve.

The tasks that we manage on behalf of our clients are delivered by our own directly employed staff, supplemented by specialist contractors who are well known and fully vetted by ourselves. Our directly employed staff are all police checked and fully trained (details available on request), some of our staff have worked for us for over 20 years.

Our services are available to our clients 24/7 through our professionally managed helpdesk, which has round the clock direct access to our workforce and specialist suppliers.
